July 11, 2025The Facilities at the Meina Stadium
Get a sneak peek at the facilities of the Meina Municipal Stadium: the field, changing rooms, grandstand, and camping area that will be the heart of the HPV World Championship 2025 activities.

FIRST RACE: 100m Flying Start
The first official championship race on the cycle path. Each participant must achieve the best time over a measured 100-meter section (the "trap") with a flying start.
A special thanks to Il paese dei balocchi , who will host us for the occasion. Thanks to their generous collaboration, the starting area will be set up in their shaded space, and they will provide the sound system.
Public Test Drive & FIAB Gymkhana
Opportunity for the public to try out HPV vehicles on the track. Gymkhana for children organized by FIAB.
Conference: Cardiology and Sport
The bicycle and sports' impact on the cardiovascular system. With Prof. Pierfranco Dellavesa, Dr. Paola Paffoni, Prof. Rosalba Fecchio. Event in collaboration with FCI Novara.
Gastronomic Evening on the Track
Good food, barbecue, and a bar available for all participants and visitors.
Dining Area, Meina Municipal Stadium, in collaboration with FC Meina Calcio
Special Evening: Podcast with Lorenzo Barone
Lorenzo Barone, the adventurer and ultra-cyclist famous for his extreme solo expeditions, will share his stories and answer audience questions in a live podcast. July 12, 2025GP Caleffi - 2-Hour Circuit Race
One of the most anticipated races, made possible by the invaluable collaboration with Caleffi Hydronic Solutions, which hosts the event on the "Caleffi track," a closed circuit on the roads surrounding their production facility in Maggiate. The paddock for athletes and teams will be set up in the company's parking lot. The endurance race will take place on a flat, closed circuit of approximately 2.3 km, lasting 2 hours plus one lap for the leader. Depending on the number of participants, the event may be split into two heats (starting at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM) or held as a single race starting at 9:00 AM.

Warm-up Area and Services at Rugby Gattico
During the morning of the circuit race, the nearby velodrome of Rugby Gattico (visit their site for images and club details) will be open and available for practice and warm-ups.
A bar service managed by Rugby Gattico will also be active from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
How to get there: The velodrome is about 1 km from the Caleffi Maggiate Track. It can be reached by following Via Manzoni and Via Bressanella (follow the signs).
On-Track Entertainment
Activities for children, with a special moment dedicated to themed storytelling in collaboration with artist and storyteller Grazio Rinelli. Additionally, the Policumbent team will be present, with opportunities to test bikes on the track and a gymkhana for the little ones, organized in collaboration with Castellettese Bici.
THIRD RACE: 400m from a Standing Start
A speed race on the athletics track. The final ranking is based on the best time achieved.
Conference: HPV Self-Construction
With Malric Leborgne, Tiberio Trevisan, Marco Ruga, and Enrico Mauletti: techniques, materials, and passion. The Policumbent team will present their extraordinary vehicles. With the participation of Adalberto Cravero.

July 13, 2025FOURTH RACE: Meina - Ghevío Hill Climb
An individual time trial on an uphill course of approximately 3.8 km with an average gradient of 5% and a maximum gradient of 9%. Participants start individually at set intervals. The ranking is based on the time taken to complete the course.

Awards and Closing Ceremony
Awards presentation for the winners and official closing of the HPV World Championship 2025.
On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, a breakfast service will be available by reservation, to be communicated by 7:00 PM the previous evening.

Meina: The Heart of the Event
Often called the "town of villas," Meina is a municipality on the Piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore, at the mouth of the Tiasca stream. This charming tourist town is known for its stunning nineteenth-century villas and its characteristic old town.
Arona: Between History and Modernity
Arona is a town overlooking Lake Maggiore, known for its lively historic center and scenic lakefront. A major attraction is the statue of St. Charles Borromeo, the second tallest visitable statue in the world after the Statue of Liberty, offering a breathtaking panoramic view. The city also boasts numerous historic villas and gardens, a testament to its rich past, as well as a harbor that allows boats to navigate Lake Maggiore, all the way to Switzerland.
Gattico-Veruno: Among Hills and Traditions
Gattico-Veruno is a municipality in the hills of Novara, characterized by rural landscapes and a strong food and wine tradition. The area is dotted with ancient churches, such as the Pieve di San Martino, and offers nature trails ideal for nature lovers.
